Aksel Theilkuhl: Executive Chef at The DeBruce


The inspirer and executer of the culinary program at The DeBruce.  Having spent much of his career under the tutelage of Chef Laurent Tourondel, Theikuhl has found a cook's dream land in the Catskills.  Direct access to people who grow their own product provides a constant source of creativity.  Access to a private mountain outside his kitchen door from which to gather ingredients motivates Aksel on a daily basis.
