While surrounded by acres of land, indulge in the culinary expertise of Chef Aksel Theilkuhl.  Dive deep into the agriculture of the local farms and stretch your mind and body with top wellness and fitness experts.  Take yourself on a wellness and culinary journey to find balance.


Event Schedule




Friday april 20

Arrive at your leisure.  We will be ready for you beginning at noon.  Dinner reservations will begin at 6:00pm.  Chef Aksel Theilkuhl has designed a 4-course menu from local ingredients and Pamela Wiznitzer has created a beverage menu that pairs perfectly.  


Saturday april 21

After breakfast, we will head to Somewhere in Time Farm where we will begin our wellness experiences in their fitness studio located at the top of the farm overlooking the mountains.  Start your day with a guided meditation led by Justine Sutherland and boxing class led by Shannon Eberly, instructor at Church Street Boxing and Orangetheory Fitness.  Afterwards you will begin an outdoor excursion led by local hiking guides, where we will hike through the hundreds of acres The Debruce sits upon.  We will work up an appetite to prepare us for lunch that will include a conversation with local farmers and culinary experts led by Molly Rieger, RD of Molly's Best and Nutritious Life.  After lunch take a few hours to relax and refresh and if you are interested in formal spa treatments we can assist you with reservations.  Seminars on nutrition and stress will be held during this time.  At 6pm we will kick off the evening with a cocktail class led by Pamela Wiznitzer of Seamstress NYC.  After we imbibe we will begin a movement dinner curated by Chef Aksel Theilkuhl.  Each room at The DeBruce will feature a new course taking you on a culinary experience like no other.  After dinner find a spot by the fireplace to enjoy a hot tea or digestif.


Sunday april 22

After breakfast instructors Paton Ashbrook and Olivia Anselmo from Bodē NYC will guide us through a Vinyasa flow yoga practice before we bring up the heat with a High Intensity Interval Training workout.  After class you will be provided with a box lunch, made from top local ingredients, that you can take on a nature hike or enjoy on your way home.  No need to rush as you are welcome to explore the property or read a book by the fire for as long as you would like.
